Adult Swimming Masterclass

Would you like to improve your stroke, gain confidence in the water, learn swim better or faster? Do you have a goal in mind, an event you'd like to train for, a distance you've always wanted to achieve? Now is your chance.

Healthscape are teaming up with Claire from Aquamarine Swimming (she already volunteers with us), she's a qualified Open Water Coach and Level 2 Swimming Teacher. Claire has been running a Front Crawl Masterclass in the sea over the Summer, it proved very popular so we are looking to move it to the pool over the Autumn/Winter season.

Sessions can be booked in advance via the Healthscape website. You book as many or as little sessions as you wish. Claire will contact you to personalise your goals so you get the most out the session.
