Dip and Dine with Shekinah and HealthScape.
We will meet at Torre Abbey for a chat about the benefits of getting in the sea. We will then head to the beach we here you can just dip your toe or take a quick dip it’s up to you how you want this part to go. We will then head back to endeavour and all enjoy Fish and Chips.

We will provide dry robes to keep you warm and help you keep your modesty to get changed. We suggest you bring a towel and wear something you feel comfy in.
