Exmouth Sunday Dip

Join us on Exmouth Beach on Sundays at the NEW summer time of 9am for a sea dip. It is truly amazing what vitamin sea can do for your mood, Mental Health and social life! Everyone is welcome even if you have never dipped a toe, you will be made to feel very welcome.

We look forward to meeting you. Please ensure you have warm clothes to change into afterwards and a flask of something hot can help to warm you up.
