Exmouth's Celebration Sunday Dip

This Sunday's dip is a special one. We will be celebrating the end of some amazing challenges! The HealthScape Iceberg Challenge (dip at least 4 times a month from November to March) and the Cancer Research cold water challenge (dip everyday in March). If you completed the HealthScape Iceberg Challenge you will be able to collect your certificate and medal from me at this event.

We will be meeting at the concrete ramp just to the right of the RNLI station (looking at the sea).

Please join us for our regular Sunday dip but also to celebrate the amazing things we can do together when supporting each other ❤💙. There will be cake provided (homemade) 😋

Please bring warm clothes and a hot drink to warm up and stay around after the dip for a social xx
