Join us for a swim/dip in Llyn Padarn - a chance to meet new people, connect with nature and enjoy the physical and psychological benefits of cold water immersion. All welcome - no experience needed. Bring footwear to use in the lake, a woolly hat, warm drink and warm clothes for afterwards.
