Mindfulness breathworks & ice bath with Malou

About the event
If you haven't been to Shakinah before, then the best way to find it (as it has proved challenging) is to drive into Occombe Valley Farm Car Park, the big one, second turning on the left as you leave the ring road roundabout, turn round in the car park and as you look to leave you will see the gate for Shakinah on the other side of the road - directly opposite! It has a wooden gate, a grass car park area and then a metal gate at the end. There is always a green tall wheelie bin to the left of the gate entrance.
