Start your day in the best way possible, with a lovely dip in the sea.

We meet at the "witches Hat" ice cream kiosk to the left of the pier. If the sea is too rough the location will change to the Ferry Point on the back beach. Keep an eye out on Facebook or your emails for any changes.

It's wise to wear beach shoes at this time of year so please bring them with you. Parking is free on the sea front until 9am.
