Please keep an eye out for messages in case the location is changed. (Our second location is the ferry point at the back beach)

It's cold so make sure you have plenty of warm layers which are easy to put on for after the dip. A hot water bottle and hot drink are also useful.

We recommend you wear water shoes or wetsuit boots and at this time of year wetsuit gloves can help you stay warner in the water.

Wetsuits are welcomed but not essential. Please wear one if it means you are more comfortable, this is not a competition and is meant to be fun!
