This years iceberg challenge promises to be the best yet. 5 challenges all redesigned after feedback from last year.

CHILLY ICEBERG....1 cold shower per week

FROSTY ICEBERG... 1 dip per week

TITANIC ICEBERG...1 dip per week , stay in 5 minutes

ULTIMATE ICEBERG...1 dip per week, stay in 10 minutes

EXTREME ICEBERG...1 dip per week, stay in 10 minutes. JUST SWIM TRUNKS/COSTUME , HAT AND GOGGLES ! ( this challange is for well acclimatised, regular swimmers)

New this year and available to all challengers. HealthScape are collaborating with Swimble Shennanigans (they are designing our new badge) we call it badge bingo.

Designed to compliment the 5 iceberg challenges ( well 4 of them ).

There are 12 opportunities to earn a badge if you decide to complete this challenge and buy all the badges together you will receive 11 but only pay for 10** Additionally at the end of the challenge you will receive the new iceberg challenge badge*. So you could complete the challenge with 12 badges 🎉

It is not mandatory as part of the iceberg challenge to collect all the badges a template will be emailed to you to cross off the challenges if you wish.

At the end of the challenge every participant will receive a Iceberg Challenge badge & certificate. Once signed up we will send you an email with your badge bingo template and calendars for the months of the challenge that way you can track your progress.

** Swimble Shennanigans will discount the price for 11 badges to 10 as long as they are ordered at the same time (postage costs).
